The ability for Group Leaders to be put into teams with Young People

Putting Young People into teams within a Group is already possible, however being able to add the Group's Leaders into these teams too would be advantageous.

Adding a role for an Event Administrator, and an Event Assistant

Event Administrators will be able to view, edit and export all data, however be restricted so they cannot view or change Event Details. Event Assistants will be able to view export all data, however cannot edit any data or view or change Event Details.
